If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 (thirty) days of the dispute arising, either party may pursue legal remedies before the courts of New Delhi.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties relating to or arising out of these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve such dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 (thirty) days of written notice of the dispute by the complaining party, then either party may institute proceedings before the competent courts at New Delhi, India. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, failing which the claim shall be forever barred.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
